I would like to provide the "Transaction ID," but after much searching, I am almost
certain the ID is not available with the simplified checkout process I'm using. I'd have to work on the server side, and
this would get more complicated.
It appears that VeVe uses US Dollars, so I hope it's ok to do it that way. (I've seen IP addresses from quite a few countries and
most of the continents.)
PayPal mode: sandbox / fake money (more fake than usual)
