Note to H:

You said that you could get the calculator form to display in Wordpress but not work. I got the calculator working in Wordpress on my local computer sitting next to me. I hope to avoid messing with Gravity Forms or plugins. I don't have access to the Genesis theme, but I suspect the changes I describe below will solve your problem. See if his version helps:

I suspect that your problem was as simple as a (syntactically invalid) "script" tag in the JavaScript code, so I did the following:
In this version, I separated the JavaScript into header and footer code and put 2 "script" tags in the HTML--one "script" tag in the "head" and the other very near the bottom. I believe you can do the equivalent in the Genesis theme.
Before, the monospace font was in the "body" tag's style attribute. I moved it to a "div" just below. In Wordpress, anything in the "body" in the editor will very likely be ignored.
