Change re/index.php - Fixed one of the rarest-frequency-intermittent, tricky bugs that I've tracked in many years, in my re/index.php page. Fix commented in the first few lines. (This is probably worth a paragraph or two at some point.)
Change /robots.txt now has two lines--a second php file that Google found deep in the re hierarchy. (This needs a systematic fix at some point.)
Change time.php and explanation - added difference of client and server time, with color codes, and the UNIX Epoch.

Note: networking technical support cover letter is not actually changed, although I started to change it and altered the date on my local copy.
24 - Add networking technical support cover letter, reverse order of the home page (portfolio versus resume), add HTML examples, add this change log.
19 - Add PHPWebHosting Cover letter, made it clearer that my portfolio pieces are for demo purposes and are there to be used.
