FlightGear bug fixes - as of FG v2.10.0.3, to the Boeing 777

While working on my landing drill scripts, here are some changes / fixes I made to FG:

• autothrottle engine thrust imbalance below 400 feet agl
• auto-speedbrake bug
• unterminated index console error
• landing gear transition time (up / down) - this is NOT a bug, but a change I made for landing drills
• console error - does not affect anything, but clutters the console

Changes

• 2014/01/22 - added unterminated index error
• I believe the original was 2013/08/27
